Your remit will cover:

  • Implement, drive and execute an innovative and ambitious eCommerce plan in Australia and New Zeland  in alignment with the global eCommerce roadmap
  • Ensure the effective day to day running of the eCommerce website, working closely with the local and Global Commerce team, and external agencies for ongoing website development to ensure a seamless UI / UX for our customers
  • Lead daily eCommerce operations in close cooperation with sales support & customer service, logistics, B2B sales teams, marketing, supply chain, IT and other functions
  • Mentor and lead a team of 3 with one direct report
  • Responsible for online sales targets, eCommerce P&L
  • Responsible for analysing and evaluating performance, revenue, and profitability, providing integrated analysis and insights at customer and channel levels
  • Analyse & improve website visitor behaviours to drive Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
  • Increasing traffic to the website & responsibility for the customer journey.
  • Develop and manage campaign plans (ordering, uploading and follow-up). 
  • Visual merchandising and strategic content direction, product assortment management and forecasting.


A little on you:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience Omni Channel eCommerce management role, working with business, marketing precinct and revenue management analytics 
  • You enjoy working in a very well-structured organisation with highly ambitious teams.
  • You can profitably scale eCommerce.  Ideally, you've taken a D2C or Omni Channel brands 
  • You're a strategic thinker with commercial acumen. You know which data is important, you communicate it & act upon it.
  • You possess a high level of emotional intelligence and a passionate can-do attitude.  
  • You let the data decide, canning the things that don't work & doubling down on those that do.
  • Ability to set priorities, work autonomously, achieve objectives, and resolve issues within an acceptable timeframe, and in the best interest of Dometic
  • Comfortable working with the global strategy on the local level to scale up. 


  • If you possess a technical aptitude and understanding of Caravanning, Camping & Outdoor Products market segments.
