We are absolutely thrilled to be partnering with a brand that has changed the game for men’s (and now women’s) underwear in Australia and the UK. These guys sell a pair of undies approximately every 15 seconds - and let’s face it, underwear is something people wear everyday!


Chances are you’ve seen them in your Facebook feed or your TV screens, showcasing everyday blokes who LOVE their undies. If you guessed Step One, then you’d be right! 


They’re looking for a passionate, customer-driven eCommerce Manager to join their team in Surry Hills. You’ll take full ownership of day-to-day online trade, and conversion rate optimization and stop at nothing to make the Step One websites the best in the market.

The Role: 

  • Day-to-day management of the 3x region eCommerce sites including managing website content, product uploads, collection merchandising and promotions.

  • Constantly test & report on campaign & content performance. Ideate & execute optimisation strategies for future campaigns.

  • Improve the on-site user experience for new and existing companies, taking into consideration different shopping behaviours of customers on the AU, UK and US websites.

  • Work with the web development and digital team on the website roadmap & new key projects.

  • Create, update and optimise blog posts, landing pages and other permanent pages as required.

  • Manage, install and maintain all third-party apps.

  • Own the performance of EDMs & automation flows. You’ll work closely with the digital team to ensure the best customer experience and increase customer engagement. 

  • Track and monitor daily performance, always striving to improve and increase conversion.

  • Have a localised approach to selling online and have a deep understanding of the purchase behaviour of Step Ones global customers.


About You: 

  • You have experience managing high-growth eCommerce websites across multiple regions.

  • You have a solid understanding of Shopify Plus and how to leverage the platform to create incredible user experiences.

  • You’ve got the knowledge and skills to run a website that adheres to best practices, including website speed, consistency, accessibility and user experience.

  • You’re a data-driven, analytical thinker with great hands-on experience with Google Analytics, AB testing and other tools.

  • You’re a hands-on eCom manager, love to try and test new ideas and have a solution-focused attitude.

  • You’re great at building relationships and can collaborate with teams in various departments.


Bonus Points If..

  • You have Web Development experience (willingness to learn is also a bonus)
