We are absolutely thrilled to be partnering with a brand that has changed the game for men’s (and now women’s) underwear in Australia and the UK. These guys sell a pair of undies approximately every 15 seconds - and let’s face it, underwear is something people wear everyday!


Chances are you’ve seen them in your Facebook feed or your TV screens, showcasing everyday blokes who LOVE their undies. If you guessed Step One, then you’d be right! 


They’re looking for an incredibly creative Senior Graphic Designer to bring the brand to life across all of Step One's channels. You’ll be designing assets across digital and print, delivering kick-ass art direction and creative concepts, and above all building on brand aesthetics to sell undies!

The Role: 

  • You’ll be a huge Step One advocate, constantly pushing creative boundaries and trying & testing new ideas. 

  • You’ll lead and/or execute all branded content across digital and traditional channels (think EDMs, social, web banners, flyers & packaging and event props) with the help of your team of graphic designers.

  • You’ll be all over Klayvio, pitching EDM ideas, designing and scheduling send.

  • You’ll be coordinating design workload between yourself and your team and providing them with consistent feedback and approving work before it’s submitted to the Marketing Director.

  • You’ll be delivering fun, funky and cutting edge art direction/ concepts for new campaigns.

  • You’ll consistently collaborate with the marketing & creative team ensuring consistent brand messaging across every touchpoint.

  • You’ll drive new and innovative creative projects from research to final output, that will ultimately push Step One to the next level.


About You: 

  • You’ve got at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • You’ve led a team of designers before, can give constructive feedback and coordinate responsibilities. 

  • You’re highly experienced in Adobe suite and other design tools (photoshop is a MUST).

  •  You’ve managed multiple projects from concept to completion and have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines with great attention to detail.

  • You’re a self-starter who loves trying new things and bringing ideas to life. You’re constantly searching for ways to excite your audience.

  • You’ll have an incredible portfolio with experience in brand identity, graphic design and typography. 


Bonus Points If..

  • You’ve worked in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

  • You’re proficient in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects etc.
