Pushys Online is by far Australia's leading online bike retailer. These guys have you covered from road, mountain and BMX bikes, to cycling clothing, accessories, parts and more. 

Focusing on acquisition through paid digital advertising, Pushys is on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their agile, collaborative & growing team. They’re going through a massive growth phase and won't be hitting the breaks anytime soon!

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage end-to-end digital ads pipeline, including strategy, set up, delivery, testing and optimization across Google Ads, FB Ads & more.

• Monitor & optimise products and product categories in Google Merchant Centre.

• Own the daily operations and optimisations of ads campaigns.

• Expand on and set up new digital ads channels, brands and audiences.

• Collaborate with the wider digital marketing team to develop integrated digital strategies.

• Continuously test and monitor performance to achieve desired ROAS.

About you:

• You’ve got a few years of experience in paid digital advertising, ideally with an eCommerce brand.

• You’re confident with GMC & Google Shopping.

• You’ve got experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, & FB Ads Manager.

• You’re an analytical thinker who loves making data-driven decisions.

• You’re self-motivated, agile and a great communicator.

Bonus points if:

• You have experience with TikTok, Spotify, Reddit or Pinterest Ads (or at least have a desire to learn)

• You love cycling or the outdoors!
