They're experiencing a period of hyper growth, and are ready to welcome a Marketing Specialist to their pureplay eCommerce team.

Your role would cover:

  • Multichannel digital marketing campaigns across digital marketing channels including but not limited to email, SMS, partnerships, paid search & social, and drive digital acquisition through agency partners for SEO & performance media.

  • Ensure implementation of the brand and marketing strategy along with managing updates in a clearly defined go-to-market calendar that you are confident will support the business in achieving success by hitting the revenue targets.

  • Support the execution of the company Customer & Loyalty strategy identifying and leveraging appropriate touch points in the user lifecycle to improve customer acquisition, conversion and retention.

  • Work with our creative team on assets, content, and voice for brand alignment in execution of product launch campaigns, advertising, evergreen initiatives.

  • Support the eCommerce Specialist with product marketing information and campaign project management to ensure an effective site merchandising strategy and landing page optimisation.


We’d love to see in your background:

  • Experience marketing for a digital-led business (bonus points if you've worked within eCommerce and already know the pace & lifecycle of online retail)
  • A strength in data driven decision making and an ability to work with the GM and founder on budget allocation and strategies for optimising ROI
  • A holistic digital marketing background encompassing knowledge of email, social, paid media and partnerships
