We are absolutely thrilled to be partnering with a brand that has changed the game for men’s (and now women’s) underwear in Australia and the UK. These guys sell a pair of undies approximately every 15 seconds - and let’s face it, underwear is something people wear everyday!


Chances are you’ve seen them in your Facebook feed or your TV screens, showcasing everyday blokes who LOVE their undies. If you guessed Step One, then you’d be right! 


They’re looking for a passionate, highly-skilled Performance Marketer to join their team in Surry Hills. You’ll be owning the performance marketing strategy, execution and budgets in their AU market and supporting/ overseeing the team in the UK & US.

The Role: 

  • Ideate, optimise and execute the performance marketing strategy across Meta, TikTok, SEM, Pinterest and more in the AU market. 

  • Daily management and optimisation of campaigns across all channels to achieve a positive ROI and sales growth. This ain’t no ‘set and forget kind of businesses. You’ll be constantly managing and scaling the accounts. 

  • Brief in and report on the performance of creative on all ad channels.

  • Report back to creatives on what is working 

  • Be proactive in coming up with new video/creative ideas to try 

  • Work closely with ad-servers in the US & UK and collaborate on new ideas.

  • Manage performance budgets; analyse and recommend changes to budgets and creative assets.

  • Identify and test new performance media channels in order to achieve business objectives.

  • Report (daily..hourly!) and analyse performance and share insights and results with the management team. As well as reporting on and providing feedback on ad creative.

  • Ensure performance channels are always in-line with ROAS and revenue targets and on brand.


About You: 

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and have experience spending over $50,000 per day on Meta 

  • You’ve built effective, multi-channel performance marketing strategies.

  • You consider yourself an expert in Meta Ads Manager and have high-level knowledge of the TikTok ads platform and Google Ads.

  • You love to try and test new channels and creative assets.

  • You’re a self-starter who loves to come up with new ideas and make them happen!

  • You’re tech-savvy, a fast learner and have high attention to detail.


Bonus Points If..

  • You have hands-on experience with Pinterest Ads and emerging ad channels.

  • Have experience taking Australian brands internationally.
