Job Description

We're eSuite, a specialist recruitment agency dedicated to the eCommerce community. We believe that the heart of all successful eCommerce brands is still good people & great talent, and we’re thrilled to serve the eCommerce community through both recruitment and eCommerce training.  We work with some of the best retailers in the industry, including Accent Group, Mister Zimi, Incu, Domino's and Oz Hair & Beauty just to name a few.

We're a proud profit-for-purpose company, a certified B Corp and a 1% for the Planet member. 10% of our revenue goes directly to both Australian Bush Conservation as well as Indigenous re-empowerment. We do this because we recognise that every business - even an online business, has a social and environmental footprint.

The eCommerce Training Lead role is a new role for eSuite and one that is unique in the Australian market. Your role is to build the Australian eCommerce talent pool. Big job hey? And we think it is critical.

As recruiters and eCommerce professionals, we know how lean the eCommerce talent pool is in Australia. At the same time, there’s no clear pathway into your eCommerce career! We think it’s an obvious problem and one we are tackling head on. We aim to be the number one organisation in Australia for training professional eCommerce talent.

The eSuite eCommerce Training Lead will be responsible for leading our training programs which are trusted by organisations such as Myer, Makeup Cartel and Beginning Boutique. The eCommerce Training Lead will own our learning platform, Thinkific, and be responsible for developing, running and maximising enrolments in our learning offerings.

We have developed our flagship product, the eCommerce Accelerator. We now need an experienced eCommerce trainer who loves eCommerce, people and helping others succeed to help us build the eCommerce talent in Australia!

Role responsibilities

  • Coordinate all eSuite training offerings including ensuring content is available, students have regular communication and lessons are scheduled.

  • Optimise the Thinkific platform and associated tools to maximise enrolments, learning outcomes and user experience.

  • Develop new learning modules by partnering with eCommerce leaders to leverage their knowledge and turn it into learning opportunities.

  • Update existing training programs with new content, research, resources and case studies.

  • Work with the eSuite Marketing Manager to drive enrolments and student life cycle for the training offerings.

  • Provide customer service to both students and retailers pre, during and post enrolment in our training courses.

  • Develop sharable content to be used in eSuite’s newsletters, social and blog posts to promote learning offerings and demonstrate expertise.

  • Manage and update our post-graduation Employment Partners to maximise post-graduation placements with the recruitment team.

  • Organise and attend community activities to establish eSuite as a leader in eCommerce learning and elevate your profile as an eCommerce leader.

  • Develop new opportunities and avenues to expand eSuite’s learning offering to the eCommerce community.

You'll Love

  • That your hard work is contributing to people & planet. 10% of our revenue goes directly to environmental conservation and protection every month.

  • Building out a best in class training platform with some of the best minds in the industry. We've got great partners, and the drive for creative collaborations is high.

  • A culture of authenticity & the love of a good laugh. We strive to be the best company you've ever worked for.

  • A remote-first role with quarterly off-sites (check our recent trip to Uluru!).  Although we’re not all physically together, this is a team that feels constantly connected and always supportive.

  • We're building a service offering (or two) that's completely unique, and would love your take on how to bring it all to life
