Headquartered in Ultimo where they also house their second* most valuable asset - many of the most remarkable wines from around the world. *second to their team and clients of course.

The rest of their story is yet to be written - they are now on the lookout for Head of Digital Transformation who will champion digital innovations as they move through the next chapter.


About the Role 

  • Scale business digitally in ensuring investments in digital platforms align the company's strategy by taking a long-term view of the digital evolution within Australia and industry trends 
  • Take the lead on replatforming, transitioning all B2B customers successfully by managing a functional CRM system
  • Optimise products and create the best customer experience in gifting in the country 
  • Grow customer conversation rates 
  • Own digital projects and budgets for maximum return and speed to market
  • Manage and grow the eCommerce and digital marketing teams 
  • Analyse data, customer trends and industry progress to identify new opportunities and think BIG
  • Enhance their innovation and help them get to the next level and take this unique business globally. 
About You
  • You have a proven track record of delivering digital innovation within a mature eCommerce business 
  • You stay up-to-date with the tech innovation, always seeking ways to maximise it
  • You've had experience with a B2B customer lifecycle
  • You've worked with enterprise technology.  Bonus points if this includes Magento 2, Dynamics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • You are an exceptional communicator who builds relationships easily and has magic powers of influence 
  • You love data and can use various analytical tools to measure performance and identify new opportunities.
  • You're not afraid to try new things, iterate quickly & learn from mistakes and think BIG 
  • You're hands on.  You enjoy thinking strategically but are also not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
